Zcelero, a fast-growing IT consultancy at the forefront of digital innovation, is looking for a business-driven and communicative Sales Consultant Manager for our office in Stockholm. In this role, you will:
- From day one: take initiative, assess needs, and get started!
- Identify and contact potential new customers; you are not afraid to pick up the phone and build your own pipeline.
- Drive recruitment processes from first contact to signing.
- Identify, engage, and recruit talents via LinkedIn, networks, and direct contacts.
- Work closely with our sales team and management to understand customer needs and ensure the right match.
- Build recruitment strategies that attract the industry's sharpest IT consultants to choose Zcelero.
- Continuously develop and improve the recruitment process – we want to move forward!
We are looking for someone who... is communicative and business-minded with a strong drive to create results. You understand that recruitment in a consultancy firm is not just about finding the right skills, but about understanding the business behind each recruitment. You thrive in a dynamic environment with a high pace where feedback, dialogue, and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. At the same time, you are confident in yourself and have an easy time building trust, both with candidates, customers, and colleagues. You don't just ask questions; you actively seek answers and turn them directly into action. You find new paths and push forward even in difficult terrain. Once, did you also read success?
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Experience driving recruitment processes independently within IT, preferably in a 360-degree role.
- A natural aptitude for networking and building relationships.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other search tools.
- Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
🎯 Advantageous if you also have:
- Background in sales.
- Experience from IT consultancy firms.
