We are now looking for an experienced and independent Talent Acquisition Specialist for an exciting part-time consulting assignment. You will play a key role in supporting managers in recruitment processes, with a focus on executive and specialist roles.

The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in an independent role where you take significant responsibility and contribute your expertise in a fast-paced operation with varying needs.

About the Assignment

The assignment covers 50% of full-time hours, starting May 11, 2026, and running until June 30, 2026. You will work in close collaboration with the HR Director and will be the sole Talent Acquisition Specialist during parts of the period.

The work is performed in a hybrid format, with the possibility of remote work by agreement.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all or parts of the recruitment processes, primarily within executive and specialist recruitment. You act as a qualified support to managers and ensure quality at all stages. You document your work through minutes and reports delivered before the end of the assignment.

You will also handle personal data, such as applications and social security numbers, which places high demands on accuracy and privacy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house experience on a TA or recruitment department.
• Documented experience in recruitment within or towards at least one municipality.
• Experience working with ReachMee.
• Certified in Assessio.
• Diploma in competency-based recruitment.
