We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured receptionist who thrives in a dynamic work environment and wants to contribute to creating a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients.

About the Role

As a receptionist at Dentsmile in Sundsvall, you are often the patient's first point of contact. Your responsibilities include receiving and registering patients, handling phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, cash handling, invoice inquiries, and administrative tasks related to the medical records system. You will collaborate closely with dentists, dental hygienists, and dental nurses to ensure an efficient patient flow and high patient satisfaction. The role requires a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in reception or administrative work, preferably within healthcare or dentistry.

• Is service-oriented and treats patients with warmth and professionalism.

• Has excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus.

• Is confident working with telephones, email, and digital medical record systems.

• Is structured, flexible, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Has a strong sense of responsibility and experience working both independently and in teams.
