Your role

In the role of Payroll Consultant at Aspia, you are responsible for several customers within a variety of different industries. In this role, you therefore need to be able to handle the entire payroll process and have a desire to familiarize yourself with new areas. All to create a good service for our customers and to ensure high quality in your work. In the role, you have many contact surfaces both with colleagues and customers, and you keep an ear to the market to offer the best service to both our existing and potential new customers together with your colleagues.

Your work includes, among other things:

• Handle ongoing payroll work
• Contact with customer companies of a more complex nature regarding payroll matters
• Handle time and travel files from the front-end system
• Quality assure the payroll process based on the complexity of the assignment

Your profile

For the role of Payroll Consultant, we are looking for you who have:

• Education relevant to the position
• Experience in quality payroll work
• Experience in interpreting laws and agreements
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

Furthermore, we would like you to have previously worked in a service-oriented role and that you thrive when working closely with both customers and colleagues. You have knowledge of the Office package, and it is an advantage if you have previous experience from the consulting industry.
