We are now looking for a Senior Accountant for Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. Here you will become a central part of the finance function in an organization with multiple companies.

About the role

We are looking for an independent senior accountant who wants to take overall responsibility for the closing process in a group environment. The role involves monthly and annual closing, annual reports, reporting to the group, and dialogue with auditors.

In the role, you will primarily work with:

• Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping as well as monthly and annual closing for all companies within Korall Group, in close collaboration with the finance assistant and other members of the Finance team
• Handle taxes, tax declarations, annual reports, and the audit process
• Responsible for group reporting and producing reports, analyses, and follow-ups

You work with several companies in parallel and have short deadlines. The role therefore requires that you are used to a high pace and can prioritize effectively without compromising on quality.

You report to the CFO and work closely with the rest of the finance team.

We are looking for you who

Are structured, orderly, meticulous, and thrive in a broad role. You enjoy collaborating closely with your team and being a support to the organization in various matters. You are comfortable with the mentioned tasks and have worked with them for at least 5 years. To thrive in the role, you are used to handling a fast work pace and short lead times. You have a solid accounting foundation and are confident in independently driving the closing process from start to finish. It is an advantage if you have worked in an environment with multiple companies and handled parallel flows with high quality.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of accounting and closing
• You work independently in the closing process and are confident in the dialogue with auditors
• The role involves independent responsibility for the entire closing process and requires that you are confident in complex accounting issues and used to working against deadlines in a group structure
