Job Description
We are now looking for you who want to work part-time as an advisor in debt collection. This role is particularly suitable for you if you are a pensioner and have a flexible daily routine where you can work more during certain periods of the month.

As an advisor, you have daily contact with customers via phone, chat, and email, where you assist them with questions regarding payments and finances. You work independently, take responsibility in your dialogues, and have the authority to make decisions to reach good solutions – always with a focus on professional and respectful service.

You start with an introduction and training where you get the right prerequisites to get into the role. Working hours are flexible between 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.

We would like you to be able to work an average of about 2 days per week, with the possibility of taking more shifts during periods around the end of the month (approx. 23rd–5th), when the need is greatest. Work during the summer is also an option.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in service and customer contact
• Are confident in your communication and enjoy dialogues with people
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Have a solution-oriented and professional approach
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Are empathetic, structured, and contribute to a positive team spirit.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from debt collection, finance, or banking

As a consultant, you go on assignment to our client and help them during a project, a time-limited need, or when they need extra competence for other reasons. You get the opportunity to contribute your experience while simultaneously developing and broadening your own competence from different workplaces. Our consulting assignments can be both longer and shorter, and sometimes there is also the opportunity to be directly hired by the client company.
