The Consultant Manager role is broad, offering you the opportunity to work with recruitment, leadership, and serve as a business-oriented HR partner to your clients.

In the role of Consultant Manager, you will be part of a team working broadly across different business areas, primarily with clients, consultants, and candidates within Finance,IT and Technology. Although much of the work is done independently, you will be engaged with the team in achieving common goals, results, and the continued development and growth of the business area.

Responsibilities

The role of Consultant Manager is varied, and you will have the opportunity to develop broadly within HR while gaining valuable experience in organizational and business understanding.

• Recruitment: Requirement profiles, job ads, selection, interviews, presentations to clients, and employment processes
• Building client relationships: Establishing and maintaining business relationships with your clients
• HR responsibility for consultants: Follow-up on well-being, development, work environment, developing your leadership skills, labor law, etc.

What do you bring to the role of Consultant Manager?

• Work experience in service-related work and customer contact
• Completed post-secondary education in personnel science/HR, behavioral science, service management, or similar
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written) and proficient in English (both spoken and written), as you will conduct dialogues and participate in training in both languages

• Scope: Full-time
• Salary: Monthly salary with a fixed part and a variable commission part
• Location: Umeå
