As a recruiter at Adavo, you will have a central role in our continued expansion.

You will work closely with management, sales, and consultants to ensure that we always attract and choose the right people – not just in terms of competence, but culturally.

Here you will find short decision-making paths, great trust, and the opportunity to influence how we build our organization from the ground up.

💜 In this role, you will

• Take initiative, read needs, and set the pace in the recruitment process
• Drive entire recruitment processes – from first contact to signing
• Identify, attract, and engage candidates via LinkedIn, networks, and direct contact
• Work closely with sales and management to understand business needs and ensure the right match
• Contribute to shaping and developing our recruitment strategies and working methods
• Be a key player in how we build a high-performing team over time

💜 To succeed in the role, we see that you have

• Experience driving recruitment processes, preferably within IT or the consulting industry
• A natural ability to build relationships and networks
• Experience working with LinkedIn and search
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A commercial business sense.

• Experience from IT consulting firms
• Background in sales
• Interest in employer branding and how companies are positioned in the market
