We are looking for a Workday Consultant for a project in Stockholm, where you will become a vital part of a team supporting daily business operations. The role is broad, combining operational support, basic configuration, and advisory services regarding Workday solutions.

You will work closely with both the business units and an external AMS team for more advanced changes.

• Act as first-line support for Workday-related questions from the business

• Manage and configure security groups

• Build and develop reports in Workday

• Perform basic configurations in the system

• Specify requirements and coordinate changes with the Workday AMS team

• Provide recommendations and improvement suggestions to the business

• Fast and high-quality handling of incoming Workday inquiries

• Correctly configured security settings

• Relevant and useful reports for the business

• Effective collaboration with the AMS team

• Proactive improvement suggestions within Workday

Required Competencies:

• Experience working in Workday (minimum 2–3 years)

• Experience building reports in Workday

• Experience managing security groups

• Ability to work operationally with business support

• Good understanding of Workday configuration (certification not required)

• Ability to specify requirements for external vendors/AMS

Desirable Skills:

• Experience collaborating with a Workday AMS team

• Previous experience in an advisory role towards the business

• Experience with change management within HR systems

• Solution-oriented and self-driven

• Communicative and pedagogical

• Structured with strong prioritization skills

• Service-oriented with a focus on business needs
