About the role You are the leader and the heartbeat of our Pilates classes. As an instructor, your task is to guide both experienced and inexperienced participants through the session – in every pulse and every movement. We believe that training should be fun, inspiring, and accessible to everyone – and that is where you come in.

Currently, we offer several different group training sessions – ranging from strength training, boxing, and HIIT to Pilates and Yoga. All our group classes can be adapted to the participant's level and daily form.

The position involves a part-time role of 1 to 5 hours per week at Fitness24Seven Växjö Centrum. Do you not have instructor training? No problem – if you are the right person for us, training is included in your employment.

We are looking for you To thrive and develop in the role of a group fitness instructor, we are looking for someone who is engaged, has an easy way of inspiring others, and can clearly guide them through their training. We prefer that you have attended group classes previously and possess some experience in the concept/category of classes you are interested in instructing.

Naturally, you should find it easy to lead others and stand in front of an enthusiastic group of participants to speak. Your interest in fitness and health is considered a given.
