Are you a solution-oriented and meticulous doer with a curiosity to learn, a strong drive, and the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks? At Trädgruppen, we continue to grow and are looking for an Office Manager & CEO Assistant for our Värmdö office.
Since our inception, Trädgruppen has grown rapidly. Together, we work hard to help private individuals, companies, housing cooperatives (BRF), and road associations throughout Greater Stockholm enjoy a simpler tree and garden life. Our wonderful team consists of driven and skilled tree fellers, arborists, gardeners, machine operators, and tree and garden staff.

Your Responsibilities
As Office Manager & CEO Assistant, you will be the hub of our operations. You will work closely with our management team on tasks including planning, customer contact, procurement, basic financial administration, HR work, team activities, and more. You will also be responsible for maintaining order and organization at our office and with our vehicles.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is good at getting things done, takes ownership, and drives work to completion. We believe you:
- Have an innate sense of service and quality
- Thrive in a varied role
- Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Have excellent skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Want to be a key player in an exciting growth journey
- Are open to helping out on our tree and garden jobs when needed
- Are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get a little dirt under your fingernails
- Appreciate a highly varied role with strategic elements, administrative work, and some physical tasks
