We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist for a company in central Stockholm. Here, you will enjoy a varied and dynamic workday in a professional environment. The position is full-time, permanent, with a start date after the summer.

ResponsibilitiesIn the role of receptionist, you are a central contact point for employees, visitors, and suppliers. You deliver high-level service, take responsibility, and thrive in a role with varied tasks where you support where needed. You are proactive, anticipate needs before they arise, and take initiative to create a smooth and well-functioning work environment.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, as well as handling incoming calls and emails
- Mail and courier management
- Purchasing office supplies and ordering lunch, fruit, and coffee
- Ensuring office spaces are representative and well-functioning
- Preparing premises and arranging refreshments for larger meetings and events
- Administrative tasks related to the reception and office
We are looking for someone with experience in service and administration who thrives in a role with significant personal responsibility. You are positive, solution-focused, and appreciate a work environment where service and structure are central.
To succeed in this role, we look for:
- Previous experience working in service.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in the Office package and experience working with administrative systems
- The ability to work independently while also enjoying collaboration with others
- A professional approach, attention to detail, and good prioritization skills
Start Date: August 2026
Scope: Permanent, Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00.
Salary: Individual salary setting (Collective agreement Unionen)
