About the Role Wrknest is currently seeking a Service Coordinator on behalf of a client, a technology-intensive company specializing in critical safety solutions for society. This is a central role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure, and wants to be the hub between customers, technicians, and the internal organization.

You will become an important part of a developing service center where the focus is on quality, rapid feedback, and efficient processes. This role suits you if you enjoy working close to operations and are motivated by getting things done on time.

This is initially a 6-month consulting assignment with excellent opportunities for extension or permanent hiring by the client.

Your Future Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service cases from start to finish, ensuring a smooth flow between different contact points. You will work closely with technical teams, customers, and internal support functions, where your ability to prioritize and create structure will be crucial.

Your tasks will include:

• Receiving incoming cases via phone, email, and customer portal

• Registering, prioritizing, and distributing work orders

• Coordinating multiple parallel service processes simultaneously

• Following up on cases and ensuring delivery according to schedule

• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers regarding both planned and urgent matters

• Supporting documentation, administration, and follow-up

• Working with business and service management systems linked to work order flows

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in a coordinating or administrative role

• Have good system skills and find it easy to learn new digital tools

• Are accustomed to working in a structured manner at a high pace

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

We consider it advantageous if you have

• Experience from technical service, work order management, or customer-facing support

• Previous work within security technology, alarms, access control, or CCTV

As a person, you are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and confident in making decisions even when the pace is high. You have an easy way of creating order, maintaining an overview, and collaborating with many different contact points simultaneously.

Start: Immediate

Location: Stockholm or Uppsala (Hybrid)

Scope: Full-time

Employment Type: 6-month consulting assignment with the possibility of extension or direct hire
