Establishment and Operations Manager (Fixed-term) at Ur&Penn
We are looking for an Establishment and Operations Manager to join Ur&Penn – a 12-month fixed-term position starting in mid-August. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our stores in Sweden and Finland, with a focus on contracts, negotiations, and expansion combined with operations and maintenance.

About the Role
As the Establishment and Operations Manager, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of our stores, from contract management, terminations, and new establishments to daily operations and maintenance. This is a role for you who thrive at the intersection of operational responsibility and business decisions. You ensure that our stores function flawlessly on a daily basis, while driving expansion and securing the right locations under the right terms. The role is primarily based at our headquarters at Dalagatan 100 in Stockholm, but travel may be required.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate new establishment opportunities
- Analyze market conditions and assess business prerequisites and needs
- Prepare decision-making materials related to establishments and local strategic issues
- Be responsible for renegotiation and development of existing lease and cooperation agreements
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with property owners and other relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate establishment projects in collaboration with internal functions and external partners
- Actively contribute to the company's overall establishment and expansion strategy
- Have overall responsibility for operations, maintenance, and technical standards in the store network and at the headquarters

Additional Information
The role is a fixed-term position for 12 months. The desired start date is mid-August 2026. You will be based at our headquarters at Dalagatan 100 in Stockholm, where you will work in close collaboration with the organization's various departments.
