Pokayoke is growing rapidly and we are now looking for a Talent Sourcer who wants to take a central role in identifying, attracting, and matching the right candidates to our client assignments. About the role

As a Talent Sourcer, you are responsible for driving and supporting recruitment processes within our staffing operations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Operations Support and play a key role in ensuring we identify and engage the right candidates for our assignments.

The role is operational and requires both structure and drive. You will work proactively with candidate dialogue, selection, and coordination, contributing to an efficient and quality-assured process from first contact to placement.

You will be based at our office in Norrköping and work in close collaboration with other parts of the organization.

Responsibilities

In the role of Talent Sourcer, you will, among other things:

• Write and publish job advertisements

• Search for, identify, and contact candidates via phone, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Conduct initial interviews and candidate dialogues

• Make selections and present candidates internally

• Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment processes

• Ensure structure, documentation, and follow-up in our processes

• Contribute to a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is driven, communicative, and has a genuine interest in people and recruitment. You thrive in a high-paced environment and have the ability to work in a structured manner while building trust in dialogue with candidates.

You are confident in initiating contact, following up, and driving processes forward, and you are motivated by working towards clear goals.

We believe you have:

• Experience in recruitment or staffing

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

• The ability to work in a structured and independent manner

• High work capacity and a natural drive

• A professional and trustworthy demeanor

Experience in staffing or logistics is an asset but not a requirement.
