We are a small independent preschool located in the beautiful nature of Bromma. We are looking for an engaged and positive individual for a full-time position per term. The preschool has space for 45 children, distributed across three departments: The Adventurers, The Discoverers, and The Explorers. We actively work to ensure all children feel safe with all staff members. The preschool follows traditional pedagogy and adheres to the Preschool Curriculum, the Education Act, and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. We work in a project-oriented manner, following the children's interests. Health and joy of movement are cornerstones for us, and the preschool has an active health team. Collaboration across departments is a given for us, as is the professional treatment of children, colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders involved in the operations. Your Role

In addition to your profession as a childcare worker, you are an important part of the work team and must be able to ensure that the daily routine at the preschool functions well. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to an equitable education and a meaningful and developing environment for each individual child. We see your role as varied, challenging, and meaningful.

Requirements

• Childcare education
• Many years of experience in preschool operations and working with all age groups
• Good knowledge of the Preschool Curriculum
• Experience with systematic quality work
• Enjoy project work and pedagogical documentation
• Digital competence
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Experience in leadership roles is an asset

Terms of Employment

Collective agreement.

Bring your educational certificates to any potential interview. To work in the preschool, you must present an extract from the Police Register of Criminal Records and Suspicion. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue.
