Personal assistance is a service provided under the LSS Act (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will respect the client's self-determination and integrity, contributing to a smooth daily routine.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and identify what needs to be done.

We are currently looking for someone who:

• wants to work with a man in his 20s living in Bromma

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has previous experience as a personal assistant

It is also an advantage if you:

• have previously worked with a client in a school setting

• have experience with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)

• have experience with standing frames (ståskal)

• have experience working as a team leader

• have experience with non-verbal communication

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment rate of approximately 85%. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and/or night.

Start date according to agreement.
