Hourly position/Summer substitute with the possibility of fixed shifts.

A 35-year-old woman living in Hammarby Sjöstad is now looking for an assistant for an hourly position who can work 2-3 shifts/week immediately, and who can work during the summer when regular assistants are on vacation.

For the right person, there is an opportunity for a scheduled position starting in autumn with 35 hours/week. Due to the intimate nature of the work, the applicant must be a woman, aged approximately 20-40.

She has several disabilities, meaning she requires assistance with most things, e.g., personal hygiene and daily care, exercise, and all household chores that occur in a home. You must be free from back and shoulder problems as she needs help with walking training and other transfers. Some lifting is involved.

This is double assistance, so it is important that you can collaborate and demonstrate good teamwork.

She enjoys coming up with new fun things and challenges together with her assistants. Her communication takes place with the help of picture support and body language as she does not speak; therefore, it is important to her that you speak and write Swedish without problems.

To work with us, you must be non-smoking! We are looking for someone who is easy-going, attentive, responsible, and has an interest in working with people and adding a golden touch to the daily life of the person you work with!

The employment is initially an hourly position during the summer, which can become a scheduled position of 35 hours/week after the summer.

Start date: Immediately.
