With us, you have the world's most fun part-time job that gives you the opportunity to inspire and motivate children to sports activities, as well as providing experience and credentials in leadership and group work.

Play, have fun, and spread joy to the children. It can hardly get any more fun! The job is also perfect to combine with studies or other jobs.

At Fotbollskul, you get the opportunity to introduce football as a sport to a lovely group of children aged 2–6 in a playful way. Our hope is that the children will get inspiration to continue doing sports, and your leadership plays a big role in that.

We are looking for you who:

• Love working with children

• Are cheerful, playful, and engaged

• Have football experience or general ball-sport experience from other ball sports

• Have experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or alternatively have a long sports background and have been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, childcare)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

You should also aim to always work so that all participants feel satisfied when they leave each Fotbollskul session.

You will in a playful and engaged way lead the children and their parents through various exercises inspired by football and ball games developed by Active Academy's sports pedagogues.

We work based on a ready-made session plan, meaning all exercises and games are pre-planned. As a coach, you then get the chance to focus all your attention on spreading wonderful movement joy! We focus on ball play, ball courses, shooting, and passing.

Before starting work with us, you will participate in our coach meeting where we train in our specific concept.

Employment conditions:

• Hourly contract

• The work takes place during spring 2026, starting week 15.

• Sessions are held on Sundays from 15:00–16:00 at Mårtenbergsskolan's gymnasium.
