The Design Gymnasium in Sickla was established in 2006 and offers vocational and university-preparatory programs: The Arts Program – profiles in interior design, fashion design, and graphic design, as well as The Technology Program – product design, architecture, and design. We also offer the nationally recruiting Design and Sewing Technology program. The school is growing and will have approximately 320 students this autumn. We are currently seeking a substitute teacher in Physical Education and Health and English for our operations.

What are we looking for in you? We are looking for a qualified teacher in Physical Education and Health and English who is passionate about your profession and committed to ensuring all your students succeed.

You can navigate between individual and group work by being flexible and varying your teaching. You work formatively, always seeing opportunities and new solutions to problems, and enjoy taking responsibility for both your students' knowledge development and the school's continuous improvement work. You are passionate about your subjects and eager to develop as a teacher.

You are organized and make goals clear to your students, showing how you will work together to achieve them. You are a good leader who, with a relational approach, both inspires and enthuses your students.
