➡️ The position is a temporary assignment at 75% starting immediately. The work consists of 24-hour shifts, and on-call duty is included in addition to the employment rate.

Our client is a social and active 31-year-old man living in Stenungsund. He has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair but manages his own mobility. Due to impaired vision, he needs someone to be his extra eyes in everyday life. Communication takes place using single words and gestures, which means that as an assistant, you need to be attentive, patient, and observant of his signals. Understanding his needs and wishes is an important part of the job, and you will quickly notice that his cheerful and positive personality makes every workday rewarding.

• 📊 Contract: The temporary assignment covers 75% for approximately one year, until May 2027. Note that on-call duty is included in addition to the fixed employment rate. The position starts with introduction shifts, and if everything goes well, you will be offered the full temporary assignment.

We contact candidates suitable for a first interview on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the final application date.
