RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as a support assistant, you work to ensure that every user achieves the most independent life possible. You work independently and alone with users, either in their homes or in public environments where support is needed. This may involve working in homes where there are pets/fur animals. You travel between users/assignments using the municipality's cars.
You support users through various measures such as breaking social isolation, approaching the labor market, or starting studies. You also help users structure their daily lives, manage household chores, and communicate with authorities and other institutions, while collaborating and cooperating with other actors. You work with social documentation in the Treserva documentation system and follow up on and revise implementation plans on an ongoing basis.
We work with operationally adapted and flexible schedules. The need is continuously adjusted according to the operation's needs, which means you need to be prepared to work during the day, evening, and weekends.
We value your ideas and your engagement, and together we create conditions for development and an independent life for our users.
