Your Responsibilities
As a teacher in after-school care, you will work pedagogically and socially based on the goals and guidelines of the organization as well as applicable governing documents. You will be responsible for planning and developing the educational activities in after-school care and be part of collaboration focused on students' learning and development throughout the school day.
Your tasks include close cooperation between school and after-school care. Together with your colleagues, you will participate in various development projects aimed at enhancing the entire organization with a focus on students' safety and learning.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher for after-school care/after-school educator. Subject qualifications for primary school and good experience in educational work within primary school and after-school care are advantageous.
You have a positive attitude where curiosity and enthusiasm for learning are a given. You are flexible and accustomed to independently planning your work, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to view situations from a holistic perspective.
You are clear, confident, and creative, with the ability to inspire our students. You enjoy collaborating in a team and share your experiences for collegial learning that contributes to development at the individual, group, and organizational levels. Together with your colleagues, you work to create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment for the students.
We strive for a workplace that is structured, planned, and well anchored in governing documents. You need to be able to work independently and in a team, have good social skills, be responsible, and engaging. You must be solution-oriented and see the potential for development in every child.

About the Workplace
Gärde School and after-school care are characterized by good cooperation and shared commitment where the entire school day of the student is in focus. The school has about 75 students and an after-school care that has valuable support in the local community and a strong engagement in the area. With us, you get the chance to work in a smaller unit in a picturesque setting.
