JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for qualified teachers to join our team in the after-school program at Sälens school.

You will be an important part of the team that works to ensure that students receive good knowledge development before, during, and after the school day as well as during breaks. Together, you will work to create a stimulating pedagogical after-school program based on existing regulations and laws.

You are a good role model and work to develop and strengthen students' social interactions. Much of the activity takes place outdoors.

The position is responsible for the pedagogical activities, which put the student at the center. You will be a natural part of an after-school program where students feel safety, joy, engagement, and a desire for learning and development.

As a teacher in the after-school program with us, we want you to demonstrate a clear student focus and see differences as an asset.

There is ongoing collaboration and cooperation with the school's activities and staff as well as guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified teacher in the after-school program.

We believe that you are confident in the role by having worked in the profession for a few years or have other equivalent work experience with children and youth.

Great emphasis is placed on your ability to be flexible and understand how to drive development in an organization forward. Your personal qualities that we value in this recruitment are that you are communicative and have an easy time building relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We also place great importance on your ability to collaborate with others and how you can engage other people. You also enjoy spending time outdoors with the students.

According to the Education Act, a criminal record extract must be presented by individuals before they are employed in school activities. You can order this from the police's website.
