JOB DESCRIPTION

Ungärde School is looking for an engaged and inspiring teacher in mathematics and science for grades 7-9! We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about sparking curiosity and understanding of natural sciences and mathematics in our students.

As a subject teacher in mathematics and science, you will:

• Teach students in grades 7-9 in mathematics and biology, physics, chemistry.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching according to Lgr22.
• Collaborate with colleagues in working teams.
• Contribute to the school's development through a professional and solution-focused approach.
• Build good relationships with students and guardians and be an important part of the students' academic and social development.
• Act as a mentor for students in grades 7-9.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Are a certified teacher in mathematics and/or science subjects for grades 7-9.
• Have a strong commitment to student learning and the ability to create structure, clarity, and safety.
• Are a clear leader in the classroom who sees opportunities, collaborates, and plans teaching based on students' conditions.
• Promote the entire teaching situation and create safety for you and your students while contributing to a positive work climate.
• Develop your teaching based on research, digital tools, and students' needs.
• Are flexible in the face of everyday and long-term changes that are part of the pedagogical work.
