EnRival Education is launching a new healthcare training program in Borlänge!

Your mission: Successful pedagogy that enables students to succeed.

We operate small, staff-intensive school units focused on quality, engagement, and collaboration. Borlänge will be our 10th school with place-bound adult education in healthcare and social care. Our second area of operation is career guidance.

The team in Borlänge will consist of VO teachers, teachers of Swedish (licensed), trained educators (you!), trained career counselors, trained supervisors, and possibly language support and support educators. A lot of competence, and we expect good results.

About the role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has the ability to adapt their pedagogy to the needs and conditions of different students.

In the role of educator, you will play a central and crucial role in our students' educational journey. Your task is to ensure that each student receives the guidance and support necessary to succeed in their studies and achieve their goals. You will work in an interdisciplinary team consisting of teachers and specialists, providing a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Teaching will take place on-site in Borlänge, full-time.

Qualifications

To take on this important role, the following qualifications are required:

• At least 1 year of professional experience (full-time) in educational work with adults or young adults (16–25 years) within the last 6 years.
• At least 60 higher education credits (or 1 year of post-secondary education) in pedagogy.

It is advantageous if you have experience working with students who have Swedish as a second language, knowledge of non-European languages, and experience from the healthcare or social care sector. We also value experience in special educational interventions or individualized support.

Job responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include creating a safe and educational environment for our students. You are expected to adapt teaching to meet the individual needs and conditions of students, which may involve helping them find effective study techniques, explaining professional language in an accessible way, and providing support in practical tasks.
