Karlbo School is a smaller school for grades F-6 where everyone knows everyone, and we work together around our students. The school is characterized by a "Movement Profile," where movement in various forms takes place regularly.
We are looking for someone who wants to work at a smaller school where everyone knows everyone, and where we jointly take responsibility for creating good learning environments for our students.
Together with the school's other work teams and the student health team, you will work to provide value and learning for the child's entire school day. We combine the short decision-making paths, proximity, and family-like atmosphere of a small school with clear routines and systematic approaches to make it easy to do the right thing.

Job Responsibilities
The job involves a teaching position with responsibility for the school's special education group – Minikraften.
The special education group (SU-group) receives both students whose main instruction takes place in the SU-group and students who participate in certain lessons within the group. The work in the special education group is characterized by clear structure, a high degree of adaptation, and a relationship-building approach where every student is given the opportunity to develop based on their individual prerequisites.
You will work in adapted premises while remaining close to the school's other activities to facilitate inclusion and collaboration. You will also have close cooperation with the school's student health services.
Together, we work to create a good atmosphere with an encouraging and permissive culture where we celebrate each other's successes and support one another in setbacks.
