Hushagsgymnasiet is a high school with vocational programs in Construction and Civil Engineering, Restaurant and Food, Industry, Vehicle and Transport, Electrical and Energy, as well as HVAC and Property Management.

We have approximately 600 students and together we are over 80 employees.

The school is equipped with facilities that resemble future workplaces. Our high school maintains high quality, where we strive for everyone to feel joy at work, responsibility, and participation. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for 1 dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting each student based on their unique circumstances. Your ability to build strong relationships and tailor your support to each individual's needs is crucial for us. We value your experience working with people and your insight into the importance of collaboration for an effective and positive learning environment.

In the role of teacher with us, you will be responsible for teaching, and it may also include mentorship or other assignments within the organization. You are expected to work closely with colleagues in the team. We look forward to welcoming you if you are ready to make a real difference in our students' education and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic requirements for the position:

• Qualified high school teacher to meet needs in the subjects of Swedish, SVA, and Social Studies.
• Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.

Personal qualities:

• Good ability to support all students and meet them based on their individual circumstances.
• Experience working with people, creating good relationships for easy and smooth collaboration with other colleagues.
• Understanding that school is a changing environment that sometimes requires the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions.
• Experience in working and adapting your teaching based on how well students respond to your original planning.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience as a teacher and mentor.
• Experience with Unikum or similar platforms.
• Driver's license B.
