Kramfors School is centrally located in Kramfors, with close proximity to bus and train stations. The school is a 4–6 unit with around 300 students and also includes adapted primary school grades 1–9 as well as after-school care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher with a special and social pedagogical focus, you will work closely with students who need extra support during the school day. The mission involves creating safe and accessible learning environments where students are given the conditions to succeed both academically and socially. You actively contribute to shaping teaching and learning environments that support students' development based on their individual needs.

Through a relational approach, you contribute to strengthening students' safety, motivation, and participation in school. You work with students in class, individually, or in smaller groups and provide support in various situations during the school day, such as in teaching, transitions between activities, and in social contexts. A central part of the position is an extended responsibility for recess activities, where you, together with colleagues, develop activities that promote movement, community, and safety.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with class teachers, work teams, and student health to create a holistic approach to students' learning, development, and well-being. An important part of the mission is to build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians to create a shared understanding and continuity in the student's development.

You also contribute to the school's joint development work and actively participate in the systematic quality work.

Placement, grades, classes, and subjects may vary throughout the year and between different school years based on the needs of the operations. The position may include some mentorship for students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher who has a good ability to meet students based on their different needs. The work requires that you can adapt your approach according to the students' daily form and contribute to a safe and positive school environment throughout the school day. It is also important that you work from a low-arousal approach and can meet students in various situations in a safe, structured, and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Good collaboration and organizational skills
• Very good ability to create trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
• A solution-focused approach

We see that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, and a comprehensive assessment of education, experience, and personal qualities will be made.
