Kramfors School is centrally located in Kramfors, close to both bus and train stations. The school is an institution for grades 4-6 with approximately 300 students. Within the unit, there is also an adapted primary school for grades 1-9 and an after-school program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a class teacher for grades 4-6, you will play a central role in creating a safe, clear, and structured learning environment where students are given the best possible conditions to succeed in their learning. You will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on each student's individual needs and conditions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Being responsible for teaching in grades 4-6 according to the curriculum, governing documents, and national goals.
• Creating a learning environment characterized by safety, study peace, and good opportunities for knowledge development.
• Planning, implementing, and following up on teaching to meet students' different needs.
• Building trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• Collaborating closely with work teams, student health, and other colleagues to create a holistic approach to students' learning and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications for grades 4-6.

The work requires documented good collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility, and a solution-focused approach. You also need to have a very good ability to build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. In this role, it is also important that you work from a low-arousal approach and have the ability to meet students in various situations in a safe, structured, and professional manner.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, and a comprehensive assessment of education, experience, and personal qualities will be made.
