Gudmundråskolan is a grades 7-9 school with about 340 students. The school is centrally located in Kramfors with good transport connections. Engagement and a belief in the future are important values for us, as are high expectations of our students. RESPONSIBILITIES

The role includes, in addition to teaching French, also mentoring a class of students together with a mentor colleague. You are expected to provide individual support based on each student's conditions and needs, as well as contribute to strengthening their motivation through value-creating learning.

We value collegial learning and allocate both time and resources for collaboration in subject teams and workgroups. You will be part of a team that systematically works with planning, implementation, and follow-up based on applicable governing documents and the municipality's and the organization's goals. Together, we develop strategies and methods that enable us to meet each student with the right guidance and stimulation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in the subject of French.
• Is flexible, engaged, and has a strong interest in educating and developing young people based on their individual conditions.
• Has an interest in knowledge, digitalization, and modern methods that enhance teaching.
• Is confident in your leadership and serves as a good role model.
• Is easy to collaborate with but can also take initiatives and make independent decisions.

Experience in similar roles is meritorious.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
