Kramfors School is centrally located in Kramfors, close to both bus and train stations. The school is an institution for grades 4–6 with approximately 300 students. Within the unit, there is also an adapted primary school for grades 1–9 and an after-school program.

Through good communication, collaboration, and cooperation, we create conditions for both students' development and a good working environment for all staff. We believe that a safe school environment with comfort, security, and study peace is built through clear structures, close cooperation, and an open dialogue between staff and guardians. In our work with students, we focus on health-promoting factors and students' strengths. We see that movement, breaks, and social contexts are important parts of students' development, both academically and socially.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in physical education and health at Kramfors School, you create safe, structured, and inclusive learning environments where students have the opportunity to develop joy in movement, motor skills, and knowledge about health and well-being.

The assignment includes working in accordance with the school's governing documents, curriculum, and national goals, where teaching is designed to promote students' knowledge development, security, and study peace.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with class teachers, work teams, and student health to create a holistic approach to students' learning, development, and well-being. An important part of the assignment is to build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians to create a shared understanding and continuity in the student's development.

You also contribute to the school's joint development work and actively participate in the systematic quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license with subject competence.

The job requires documented good collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility, solution-focused approach, and a very good ability to create trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. In the assignment, it is also important that you work from a low-arousal approach and have the ability to meet students in various situations in a safe, structured, and professional manner.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, and a comprehensive assessment of education, experience, and personal qualities will be made.
