Kramfors School is centrally located in Kramfors, close to both bus and train stations. The school is an institution for primary school grades 4–6 with about 300 students. Within the unit, there is also an adapted primary school for grades 1–9 and after-school care.

The school is now looking for a teacher in wood and metal crafts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a teacher in wood and metal crafts at Kramfors School, you create safe, creative, and structured learning environments where students are given the opportunity to develop knowledge in materials, techniques, and craft processes. The role includes working in accordance with the school's governing documents, curriculum, and national goals, where teaching is designed to promote students' knowledge development, safety, and study environment.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with class teachers, work teams, and student health to create a holistic approach to students' learning, development, and well-being. An important part of the role is to build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians to create consensus and continuity in the student's development. You also contribute to the school's joint development work and actively participate in systematic quality work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Teacher certification with relevant subject qualifications
• Good collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility, and a solution-focused approach.
• Very good ability to create trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
• Ability to work from a low-arousal approach, where you can safely, structurally, and professionally meet students in various situations.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
