We are now looking for receptionists and conference hosts for Joyweek to work with our clients. This is a role for those who enjoy service, meeting people, and contributing to a pleasant and well-functioning workplace.

The position is available both as a part-time role at 75% and as a full-time position at 100%.

About the role

In the role of receptionist and conference host, you are a central part of the office's daily service. You are responsible for ensuring that visitors are welcomed in a professional and friendly manner while ensuring that conference rooms, meetings, and daily services run smoothly.

You work closely with both colleagues and tenants in the building and are often the first person people meet when they arrive at the office. Therefore, the role involves many points of contact and is suitable for those who thrive in a social environment where you can use your service skills in everyday life.

The workday is varied and includes everything from welcoming visitors and assisting with meetings to ensuring that the office environment is welcoming and organized.

Your responsibilities include

In this role, you will work broadly with reception and conference services. Examples of tasks include:

• Welcoming visitors and guests at the reception

• Managing conference rooms and preparations for meetings

• Ensuring that conference areas are in order before and after meetings

• Assisting with orders for snacks and simple refreshments for meetings

• Being helpful with questions from colleagues and visitors

• Handling simple administrative tasks related to the reception

• Contributing to a pleasant and professional environment in the office

We are looking for someone who has

• A genuine interest in service and meeting people

• A social and positive personality

• Good communication skills

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Previous experience in reception, service, or conference operations is an advantage.
