About Us

Welcome to the administrative unit at the medical clinic in Nyköping. Here, you will be one of several secretaries and you will have colleagues with high competence who are interested in utilizing your experiences and knowledge. You will join a well-functioning workgroup that operates in a good working environment.

The medical clinic is the largest clinic at Nyköping Hospital with approximately 200 employees distributed across six units, each with its own unit manager. We have operations in nephrology, cardiology, endocrinology, hematology, gastroenterology, neurology, and general internal medicine, including emergency care at the emergency department and acute care unit. In addition, we also have two care departments including MIMA, as well as a medical investigation and treatment department located at our outpatient clinic.

Your Responsibilities

As a medical secretary, you will have an important role and work flexibly with varying tasks. We can offer a varied job with great opportunities for personal development. We apply flexible work where the possibility of remote work exists.

Your Competence

You are a trained medical secretary, have good listening comprehension, and can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. It is an advantage if you have experience with Cosmic and other relevant IT systems for Region Sörmland. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration, who enjoys working structured with their own initiative and responsibility while being good at planning and prioritizing. You will play an important role in the overall collaboration at the clinic.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability such as a pleasant demeanor and a solution-oriented approach.
