Credit Officer at ESEM

Would you like a job where you become an important piece of the puzzle in ESEM's customer journey? Business Support is currently a central and business-critical function.

We work closely with the business and are responsible for everything from payment flows, invoicing, and credit management to system support and customer data. All payments pass through Business Support, and we are now looking for a colleague for a temporary position until the end of the year!

Starting in 2026, we will also have an expanded mandate within system management focusing on data quality, integrations, and automated flows. Our ambition is to create a more efficient, digital, and customer-friendly administration.

Your Responsibilities

As a credit officer, you actively work to reduce credit losses and ensure a professional and respectful customer dialogue. You play an important role in both daily operational work and in the development of our credit processes.

You will:

• Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses.
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments.
• Handle customer cases related to accounts receivable and manage the collection process, where you have dialogues with customers via email and phone.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and analyze payment history.
• Contribute to the development of our working methods and processes.

Education and Previous Experience

We want to meet you if you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy driving cases to completion in a structured manner. In customer dialogue, you are confident, professional, and attentive, even in challenging situations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a solution-oriented and development-driven approach. You naturally understand, interpret, and apply regulations and laws in practice.

You have:

• At least a completed high school education.
• Experience working with accounts receivable, credit, collections, or other similar tasks, where you have also had close dialogue with customers.
• An aptitude for learning systems.
