We currently have about 600 employees distributed across 14 stores, a logistics center, and a head office. Despite our size, we are often described as a smaller family business, where you can influence and help drive our growth in the right direction with more satisfied customers. Riddermark Bil is one of Sweden's most expansive companies, the obvious marketplace for used cars. We proudly lead the development of sales and disposal of used cars through teamwork, innovation, and responsiveness. With several large facilities in Sweden, we assist individuals and businesses with their car transactions. We build and develop our own IT systems if we simply believe that there are not sufficiently good ones available, and every day we strive to make everything a little better. We are looking for passionate and engaged salespeople for our facility in Strängnäs.

In this role, you will have a strong focus on store visits and providing our customers with an outstanding service experience.
We are looking for individuals with previous sales experience involving a lot of customer contact.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for welcoming and assisting customers in the store
-Actively work with sales and achieving set goals
-Provide professional advice and service to customers
-Ensure that the store's presentation and inventory are maintained at a high level

Experience and Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is attentive, has the ability to express themselves well verbally, and is passionate about customer interaction.
To be successful in this role, it is important that you have:
-Previous sales experience
-Ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers
-A positive attitude and a service-oriented mindset
-Ability to work both independently and in a team
-High consultative ability
