Rental Agent in Eskilstuna

About the Position

In this role, you will have a key position in our area team where your primary focus is to fill our vacant apartments quickly and efficiently. We have ambitious goals and strive for 0% vacancy.

You will work on building relationships and creating trust with housing seekers as well as existing tenants. The administrative part of the rental process is handled by our central rental unit in Malmö, allowing you to focus on being present in the area, conducting viewings, and strengthening our local presence.

Working hours may include evenings and weekends, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dedicated team with high ambitions.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings and create long-term relationships with housing seekers.
• Collaborate with our central rental unit to facilitate an efficient rental process.
• Represent the company and build trust with our tenants and housing seekers.

The position as a Rental Agent is a consultancy assignment with immediate start.

About You

We are looking for someone with a sales-oriented personality who loves meeting people to offer solutions. You are a communication star with a natural ability to build relationships and create trust.

As a problem solver, you are proactive, efficient, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are driven by achieving high results. Your passion for service ensures that tenants and customers feel seen, heard, and well taken care of.

You are flexible and can adapt to the needs of the business, including working varying hours.

We Believe You:

• Are results-oriented and have the ability to engage both yourself and others.
• Have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have a B driver's license and access to a car to reach our tenants and various areas.

An interest in rental or the real estate industry is a plus, but the most important thing is your right attitude and commitment. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability.
