JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a primary school teacher for Gällö school.

The work includes collaboration with other staff. Together, you are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment, where you provide students with the support and encouragement they need for their learning and continued development.

To work within the school and childcare unit's activities, you are required to submit an extract from the Criminal Records Register § 22 in case of employment. You request the extract yourself from the National Police Board in Kiruna. It is valid for one year and must then be renewed.

Recruitment is ongoing, so hiring qualified teachers may occur before the application period ends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree and certification.

It is advantageous if you have training/experience in integrated adapted primary school and/or special education teacher training. It is also an advantage if you have qualifications to teach at the middle school level.

You should have the ability to inspire and lead students and see yourself as important for their success. You have high expectations for the students and can help and guide them so that they develop based on their conditions. Building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues is important to you. You have a positive view of the work and develop the operations with new methods and approaches together with your team.
