Who are you?

We are looking for a licensed primary school teacher with qualifications to teach crafts in grades 3-9.

As a person, you have the ability to inspire students and develop their interest in the craft subject. You strive to create a positive and stimulating learning environment. You have good collaboration skills and are well acquainted with the school's governing documents.

About us

The Department of Children and Education is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools. We work together for a learning environment where children, students, and employees succeed and can be their best. The department's mission is to coordinate, plan, and support the various activities and work for coordination between school and working life.

The position is located at Tyringe School with a focus on grades 7-9. This provides good opportunities for collaboration and development in exciting assignments. In the area, we will work this school year with three focus areas: student participation, students' language skills, and safety and study peace.

Tyringe School has a fantastic location centrally placed in Tyringe with proximity to nature, which is a great asset for students' development and learning. Close to the school area, there is also Tyrehallen, Tyrshage, and Tyrs hov, a sports facility with a sports hall, swimming pool, ice rink, and bowling hall under the same roof. The school is close to train and bus stations. The principal's area is a 7-9 school with about 210 students. Tyringe School also has F-6 activities that are in their own principal area. In the catchment area, there are also two smaller schools with F-6 activities, Finja and Röke, as well as a F-3 activity in Västra Torup. Collaboration between the principal areas is of utmost importance for students' success.
