Södervångskolan is a smaller F–3 school with about 140 students, where proximity, safety, and engagement characterize the operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a positive and engaged teacher who wants to help drive our pedagogical development forward. You see opportunities where others see obstacles and are driven by the desire to make a real difference for students' learning and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher with broad subject competence for grades F3. You have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and are confident in translating them into practice in your teaching and daily work.

You possess strong didactic and pedagogical skills and have the ability to plan, lead, and organize teaching in a structured way. Through clear leadership, you create a calm and safe, stimulating learning environment where students are given the best possible conditions to develop.

You are used to working purposefully towards high-quality goals with a focus on students' knowledge development and well-being. As a person, you are engaged, positive, and clear in your leadership role. You easily build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues and actively contribute to a good collaborative culture at the school.
