JOB DESCRIPTION

Ungärde School is now seeking a certified teacher in English for grades 7-9, including teaching English as an elective. We are looking for someone who wants to create a safe, creative, and developing learning environment for our students. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the teaching. The role includes being a mentor for one of the grades 7-9, conducting development talks, and maintaining contact with guardians.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating English teaching according to Lgr22.
• Teaching grades 7-9 in English and elective groups.
• Actively working with formative assessment and clear goals.
• Creating a safe and inclusive classroom climate.
• Collaborating with teams to create a holistic approach to students' learning and social development.
• Participating in school development work and contributing your ideas and expertise.
• Mentorship in grades 7-9.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher with qualifications in English for grades 7-9.
• Has good didactic skills and a passion for language and communication.
• Is confident in your leadership role and can create structure and clarity for students.
• Enjoys working both independently and in teams.
