As a teacher with us, you will be part of one of our four work teams where you collaborate and develop your work together with teachers and other staff from student health. Our student health has a broad competence, and together with school management and teachers, we work purposefully to ensure that students reach their full potential and goals. Additionally, you will work in newly built facilities in our practical-aesthetic building where there are good opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in wood and metal crafts, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching for grades 7-9. You will also be a mentor for a number of students and be part of a work team that works together to create good conditions for our students to succeed.

It is important that you are a clear educator who puts the individual in focus and meets them where they are both academically and socially. We highly value good collaboration among colleagues as we are convinced that it is an important part of building a good school.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic requirements for the position:

• Licensed teacher in wood and metal crafts with a good knowledge of the school's governing documents.
• Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.

Personal qualities:

• You have good pedagogical skills and a positive attitude. You can collaborate with the people you meet and have the ability to work for a safe and inspiring learning environment. You should be flexible and able to adapt to different situations. You are driven to develop your teaching and, together with your colleagues, want to develop our school.

Desirable qualifications:

• Experience working in primary school.
