Licensed Teacher in Leisure Home Wanted at Britsarvsskolan

We at Britsarvsskolan are now looking for you who are a licensed teacher in leisure homes. Are you our new colleague and our students' new teacher? You are the teacher who, with your competence, can complement our team. You want to work with the staff in the leisure home to develop our leisure home activities to meet all students' needs and ensure that the leisure home becomes a complement to the students' school day.

At the school, you will find most of what you could wish for; qualified teachers, a cohesive student health service, a good atmosphere among colleagues and between teachers, students, and guardians. In our student health work, we follow the model Together for Every Child, which means working from a holistic view of the student where early detection and early interventions are important parts. We have a well-regarded school library and a newly renovated school restaurant. The leisure home has access to its own premises but also uses the schoolyard and the surrounding area in its teaching. Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a team with other staff in the leisure home, where you together plan and are responsible for ensuring that the students' day is safe, stimulating, and developmental. As a qualified teacher in the leisure home, you are responsible for ensuring that the planning is well anchored in the curriculum and serves as a complement to the students' school day. Together with your team, you will identify development needs for the leisure home and lead the development work in the team together with other professionals at the school.

You will work with colleagues to create, lead, and implement organized activities with student participation during breaks, in collaboration sessions, and before and after the school day at the leisure home. Our focus is to create the best conditions for each student in a safe and trusting environment.

Qualifications

The following is required for the role:

• Teaching license as a teacher in leisure homes
• Familiarity with current governing documents

You are a confident and clear leader with a focus on the student's learning and safety. We see you as a teacher who builds your teaching on close pedagogical relationships and who has a high competence to meet students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities. You view the student's learning from a holistic perspective and have the ability to create good student and parent contacts. You are engaged in school development issues and want to develop solution-focused together with other colleagues at Britsarvsskolan.

• Good digital competence
• Experience working in leisure homes
• Experience leading development work

Employment Conditions
