Teachers Needed at Linghedsskolan and Rönndalsskolan

We need to expand our team with a teacher at Linghedsskolan and a teacher at Rönndalsskolan.

Linghedsskolan is a school with around 65 students in grades F-6 and about 10 staff members. Rönndalsskolan is a school with around 120 students in grades F-6 and about 15 staff members. The schools are part of the Svärdsjö school area, which has a total of six schools with over 900 students and 150 employees.

Job Responsibilities

You will plan, implement, document, and evaluate teaching in relation to students' learning and the school's governing documents. The position includes being a class teacher. You will be part of a work team and are expected to collaborate with your colleagues to develop teaching and stimulate students' knowledge acquisition and goal fulfillment. You will collaborate for a good learning and working environment and actively participate in the school's development work.

Qualifications

The role requires:

• Teaching certification with authorization to teach in either grades F-6, grades F-3, or grades 4-6.

Personal Qualities

You are clear in your pedagogical leadership and have structure in your teaching. You capture and stimulate students' curiosity, interest, and learning while working for community, safety, and knowledge. You are a positive team player who contributes and naturally fits into the school's team where you work both independently and together with others to effectively achieve common goals. You also actively work to support students' ability and willingness to take responsibility and have influence. The work requires the ability to create good contact with students, colleagues, and guardians, as approachability and collaboration are important aspects of the operation. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to create a good atmosphere and working environment. You have good communication skills and are good at collaborating with others.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment Conditions

Permanent full-time employment. Start date for the autumn term 2026. Seasonal employment.
