Dalarnas Football Association is one of 23 district associations in Sweden and is responsible for administering football activities in Dalarna on behalf of the Swedish Football Association and our 86 affiliated football clubs in Dalarna. We currently have 6 people in the office.

Dalarnas Football Association is looking for a new team player to join our office lineup.

Job Responsibilities...

You will work with support and development in our clubs at the organizational, group, and individual levels.

A Better Path—part of Sports Life

A Better Path is an initiative to create meaningful leisure activities for more children and young people and to strengthen the presence of football in areas identified by the Police Authority as vulnerable.

You will collaborate with our elected representatives in the Association Committee and staff at the office. Since you will be working with the non-profit sector, evening and weekend work will occur to a large extent.

Qualifications...

You are passionate about helping others develop and have the right tools and methods for change and development work. You are motivated by seeing results and effects of your work.

You are well acquainted with the structure and organization of the sports movement. Experience working in associations is considered an asset.

You have an education in sports science, sports pedagogy, sports management, or another similar education at a college or university level.

You can express yourself well in both speech and writing and have good computer skills. Access to a driver's license and a car is required.

We expect you to have your own drive and a high level of determination, as well as your ability to create good dialogue and relationships with those around you.

Employment Conditions...

The position is a project employment at 50% until December 31, 2027.

Start date no later than May 1 or by agreement. A probationary period applies.
