We are looking for someone with a preschool teacher education and a very good understanding of the preschool's pedagogical mission. You are flexible, creative, and have an easy time collaborating with a wonderful team and can take your own initiatives.

We work systematically with UNIKUM, which is part of Falu Preschool's systematic quality work, and offer our educators five study days per year for planning, follow-up, and evaluation of the operations. As a preschool teacher with us, you have reflection time outside your working hours in the children's group as well as reflection time during the day together with the work team. We also provide opportunities for the entire work team to receive joint professional development. Together with other preschools in the area, we have common themes and networks where we work together on collegial learning.

We appreciate that those who work with us are engaged in their own learning and have the ability to translate their knowledge into the curriculum's intentions for a higher achievement for our preschool children. You have a desire to develop together with us in the work team.

• Work to ensure that our competent children have a safe, fun, and educational preschool.
• You center the children's needs, curiosity, and interests and are an active participating educator in their learning.
• You develop the pedagogical learning environment so that it is clear, accessible, and inspires the children and contributes to their development.
• You see the diversity and opportunities in the work.
• You become an important part of the work with students.

Qualifications

The role requires:

• Educated preschool teacher with certification

Personal qualities

• You are confident in your leadership role and find it easy to collaborate with both children and adults
• You find it important to create a trusting and close collaboration with guardians

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Desirable qualifications

• You have an interest and experience in working with learning environments to create good conditions for teaching and learning
• You have knowledge and experience working in UNIKUM where you make visible and further develop children's learning processes
• You have experience working with the approach of Positive Behavioral Support in preschool.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

The position is permanent. Start date in August or according to agreement.

Copies of certificates must be submitted to Falu municipality in connection with the interview. For those offered the position, a background check from the Swedish Police is required according to the Law on Background Checks.
