Norlandia Preschools in Falun consists of four preschools: Toppstugan and Dalskidan in Lilla Källviken, as well as Äventyret by Kopparvallen and Expeditionen in Hästberg. At our preschools, we ensure that children have new discoveries every day. Here, children meet engaged educators, joy in movement, presence, and an education that is taken seriously.

We are now looking for more substitute teachers who want to be part of our work. For the right person, there is also the possibility of longer substitute positions.

We are looking for someone who does not just “fill in,” but who wants to contribute – with warmth, professionalism, and commitment.

We would like you to have a childcare education or other relevant pedagogical training. Experience working in preschool is an advantage.

You are:

You need to be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors – in all weather.

We have a clear movement and skiing profile. During the winter months, we conduct regular activities in Källviksbacken with our oldest children. Skiing is not an outing – it is part of our education.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
