The Individual and Family Care department is now looking for two social workers for our children and youth unit.

Here you will meet a warm and competent team consisting of social workers within investigations and interventions, three senior social workers, a reception group, and a foster care group.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you always work with the best interests of the children in focus. We base our work on a child rights perspective and use tools such as BBIC, iRiSk, and Signs of Safety. Your job responsibilities include:

• Investigating, assessing, deciding on, and following up on interventions and placements according to current legislation.
• Preventive and family-oriented work in close collaboration with other community actors.
• Working solution-focused to improve the living situation of children and young people.

We use the LifeCare system for documentation and case management.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, good computer skills, the ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish (and be able to express yourself adequately in English) as well as a valid driver's license (B).

We prefer candidates with experience in public authority work and social work with children and families.
