ABOUT THE POSITION

Vi Omsorg is looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant, as a substitute for our client in Mora.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Day shifts with waiting time

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is an active man in his 30s with autism and developmental disabilities. He enjoys being outdoors and fishing. The client needs support with initiating daily activities, structure, and motivation. Cooking is part of the job. He can manage some tasks independently with guidance and reminders. The client lacks verbal speech and therefore communicates using alternative communication methods.

The tasks are as follows:

• Provide support in initiating and structuring daily activities

• Provide guidance, reminders, and motivation as needed

• Cooking and other household-related tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license (B)

• Sufficient physical capacity to handle an active workday

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with autism and/or developmental disabilities

• Experience working as a personal assistant or other equivalent work in healthcare as deemed by the employer

• Trained nursing assistant or other relevant healthcare education

Employment rate: Substitute as needed. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for a smaller schedule in the future.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

As an employed personal assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and pension agreement. You are insured while at work and commuting in case something unforeseen happens.
